At Equine Image, we create the perfect look for you and your horse in the show ring.
Every tail is Australian 🇦🇺 made, fully hand-wigged and individually tagged by Jocelyn. Each tail takes around 8 hours of work and is individually crafted with care.
I’m a boutique tail maker, not a mass-production seller, so most tails are made to order. If you need help choosing the right tail, simply message me — you’ll be dealing directly with the maker, Jocelyn.

🐴 Tail Details
Colour: Dark mix blend base - this is very dark liver / black - liver / dk red / flaxens with the top slightly lighter - I made it that way as most chestnuts with this colour have that light chestnut flaxen top so for blending and natural look added that individual look to this Tail.
It is a custom blend for that natural look and will blend up or down a shade and still look natural in.
Thickness: Triple thickness that 5 inches with the tape measure pulled tight.
Length: not including loop length 78-80 cm natural end full to base
Loop Top: single
if you like purchase a Tail bag - 90 cm be best - have a look at the tail bags available - we don’t custom make these my daughter makes these as a hobby.

Measurements are taken pulled tight under the knot system.
